Rocky and the Rollers are best known as the touring band for Bowzer’s Rock and Roll Party with Jon “Bowzer” Bauman, former leader of Sha Na Na.

With over 35 years of experience, Rocky and the Rollers worked with Dick Clark on many of his shows. They have performed with and played for over 250 of the great recording artists of the 1950s, ‘60s and ‘70s, such as Chuck Berry, Fabian, the Shirelles, Jerry Lee Lewis, and many others.

At age 16, Rocky started playing rock and roll with various bands in the Philadelphia-South Jersey club circuit, earning a job as drummer with Danny & The Juniors, and toured with the band for 10 years.

In the early 1980s Rocky decided to start his own group, resulting in Rocky & The Rollers. The early ‘80s also introduced him to Jon “Bowzer” Bauman of Sha Na Na, and the two have become close friends. Rocky is the drummer and musical director for Bowzer’s Rock & Roll Party.
